摘要:
目的观察血必净注射液对脓毒症患者促炎/抗炎因子及病情转归的影响.方法收集2009年10月至2010年10月期间入住EICU的严重脓毒症及MODS患者共21例,随机分为对照组和治疗组.治疗组在标准治疗基础上加用血必净注射液100 mLQ12 h,对照组给予注射用生理盐水100 mLQ12 h,观察两组患者在治疗前后免疫状态、生化指标、APACHEⅡ评分及28 d病死率的变化.结果经治疗后两组TNF-α,IL-6,及IL-6/IL-10比值均下降,CD3+T(%),CD4+T(%),CD4+/CD8+T水平均上升;治疗组TNF-α(第3、7、10天),IL-6(第7、10天)均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);IL-6/IL-10比值治疗组(第7、10天)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组CD3+T(%)(第7、10天),CD4+T(%)(第7、10天)及CD4+/CD8+T(第7、10天)均较对照组明显上升(P<0.05);CD8+T(%)两组均无变化(P>0.05);治疗组NK活性第3、7天上升,对照组于第7天下降,治疗组第3、7、10天明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组第7天APACHEⅡ评分及28 d...
