Correlation between Micro-inflammation State and Cardiovascular Complications in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

摘要: ［摘要］目的 探讨负压封闭引流技术（vacuum sealing drainage，VSD）在腹壁感染创面的应用．方法 回顾性分析昆明医学院第二附属医院急诊外科2007年10月至2009年9月收治的6例腹壁感染创面患者应用VSD的治疗方法．结果 全部病例创面愈合良好，换药次数明显减少，创面愈合时间明显缩短，术后住院天数明显缩短，住院费用明显降低，无并发症发生．结论 负压封闭引流技术处理腹壁感染创面，操作简便，疗效显著
