Curative Effects of Integrating Pantoprazole and Mosapride on Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease after Esophagectomy

摘要: 目的探讨泮托拉唑联合莫沙必利应用于胃食管吻合术后反流性食管炎的疗效.方法回顾昆明医学院第二附属医院自2007年5月至2010年6月食管癌、喷门癌行胃食管吻合术后有食管反流症状的病人92例,分为单服泮托拉唑组和泮托拉唑联合莫沙必利组进行疗效对比.结果对照组和治疗组的临床症状评价总有效率分别为70.5%(95%CI为62.9%～78.19%)、93.8%(95%CI为92.6%～95.0%),两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论泮托拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎有确切疗效.
