摘要: ［摘要］目的 观察七氟烷与异氟烷用于小儿麻醉时麻醉苏醒期躁动情况．方法 50例行下腹部手术的小儿随机分为七氟烷组（n = 25）与异氟烷组（n = 25），用PAED评分表评估苏醒期躁动的发生率．结果 七氟烷苏醒期躁动的发生率与异氟烷没有差别．结论 七氟烷用于小儿麻醉时，麻醉苏醒期躁动的发生率与异氟烷没有差别Abstract: Objective To study the relationship between periphery blood T lymphocytes subgroup and the stage of rectal adenocarcinoma in patients who could be cured surgically.Method CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,natural killer(NK) cells and B cells of 87 patients with preoperative rectal adenocarcinoma and 40 controls were tested by flow ctyometry.Results The expression of CD8 and NK cell of patients in preoperative rectal adenocarcinoma group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the expression of CD...
