摘要: ［摘要］目的 探讨一种胸膜纤维板剥脱术的手术操作步骤．方法 总结昆明医学院第一附属医院胸外科自2005年6月至2010年6月慢性脓胸手术73例．结果 本组病例在手术时间，术中失血量，术后恢复等方面均较理想．结论 胸膜纤维板剥脱术采用一些技巧可取得较好的手术效果Abstract: Objective To observe the cytotoxic activity in vitro of cytokine-induced killer cells(CIK cells),and to observe the short-term clinical efficacy,immunological activity and side effects of CIK cells in treating genitourinary system tumor.Methods A total of 10 patients with genitourinary system malignancies were recorded with CIK cell therapy from July 2007 to March 2010.Peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)from patients with standard treatment protocols were induced to CIK cells in vitro,then phenotype of...
