肝动脉栓塞治疗肝血管瘤病人51例疗效分析

Experiences in the Treatment of Chronic Empyema with Pleural Decortication

摘要: ［摘要］目的　探讨经肝动脉注入碘化油+平阳霉素乳化剂栓塞肝血管瘤的临床疗效．方法　经股动脉穿刺，行肝动脉超选择性插管至肝血管瘤供血动脉，注入碘化油+平阳霉素乳化剂栓，对51例肝血管瘤行动脉栓塞治疗．结果　51例术后10 d CT检查，50例显示肿瘤内碘油沉积良好．1例肿瘤内碘油沉积不明显．随访3～24月，49例瘤体缩小约为75％～90％，1例瘤体消失，1例瘤体缩小约为20％．32例右上腹隐痛不适症状，消失，1例缓解不明显，本组病例临床症状完全缓解率为97％．结论　肝动脉栓塞治疗肝血管瘤，疗效肯定、微创、安全、成功率高、并发症少，是肝血管瘤治疗的一种理想疗法

Abstract: Objective To discuss the procedures and techniques of pleural decortication in the treatment of patients with chronic empyema.Method The clinical data of 73 patients with chronic empyema who received pleural decortication from June 2005 to June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Result All the 73 cases obtained satisfying results on operation time,volume of blood loss and postoperative recovery.Conclusion Pleural decortication with some techniques can get better results in the treatment of chronic empyema.
