外直肌麻痹性斜视手术方式的临床探讨
Expression of NGF,BDNF,NT-3 and Their Receptors trkA,trkB,trkC in Cultured Neural Stem Cells

摘要: 目的 检测体外培养神经干细胞(NSC)神经生长因子(NGF),脑源性深营养因子(BDNF),神经营养因子3(NT-3)及其受体trkA、trkB、trkC的表达.方法 胎鼠海马神经干细胞培养并鉴定后,提取其总RNA,RT-PCR技术柃测NGF、BDNF、NT-3及其受体trkA、trkB.trkC的表达情况.免疫组化染色观察三种生长因子在NSC的分布和亚细胞定位.结果 RT-PCR显示NSC表达三种生长因子及其受体mRNA.免疫组化染色显示NSC表达三种生长因子蛋白,免疫阳性产物主要分布于细胞质.结论 体外培养NSC表达NGF,BDNF,NT-3及其受体,提示三种因子对NSC发育和发挥生物学功能可能有重要作用.
