氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合非药物疗法治疗慢性紧张性头痛的疗效观察

摘要: 目的 观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合非药物疗法治疗慢性紧张性头痛(CTH)的疗效.方法 64例慢性紧张性头痛患者随机分为治疗组(32例,非药物疗法治疗)和对照组(32例,药物治疗),比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果 疗程结束后治疗组有效率高达100%,明显高于对照组(P＜0.01);疗程结束后1月有效率仍高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合非药物疗法治疗CTH临床疗效较好,且短期内不易复发.Abstract: Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of flupentixol and melitraeen combined with non-drug treatment on patients with chronic tension-type headache.Methods 64 patients with CTH were divided into two groups in this study:the treatment group(32 cases,non-drug treatment)and the control group(32 cases,drug treatment).The therapeutic effects were assessed 4 and 8 weeks after treatment.Result The effective rate of the treatment group was 100% and significantly higher than the control group at 4w(P<0.01)and...
