小儿传染性单核细胞增多症患者外周血CD45RO+、CD45RA+T淋巴细胞亚群表达的研究

摘要: 目的 探讨传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)患儿CD4<'+>T辅助淋巴细胞CD4<'+>CD45RO<'+>和CD4<'+>CD45RA<'+>T淋巴细胞亚群的变化.方法 用流式细胞术检测了30例活动期IM、急性期及恢复期患者CD4<'+>T辅助细胞CD45RO、CD45RA的表达率,并与对照组进行了比较.结果 IM患者急性期与对照组相比CD4<'+>CD45RO<'+>明显增高(P<0.05),CD4<'+>CD45RA<'+>明显对低于对照组(P<0.05);恢复期CD4<'+>CD45RO<'+>与急性期比较明显降低(P<0.05),但仍高于正常对照组(P<0.05);CD4<'+>CD45RA<'+>与急性期相比明显升高(P<0.05),但仍低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 CD4<'+>CD45RO<'+>和CD4<'+>CD45RA<'+>T淋巴细胞在IM患者的细胞免疫中起重要作用,CD45RA<'+>T辅助细胞减少是导致机体免疫功能失去平衡的重要原因.
