昆明市城区皮肤过敏花粉的调查研究

摘要: 目的 探讨昆明城区皮肤过敏患者花粉过敏原与空气中主要气传花粉的相关性,为过敏性疾病的防治提供科学依据.方法 采用皮内试验检测96例昆明城区皮肤过敏患者的过敏花粉,同时采用Durham重量法连续收集昆明市城区气传花粉;用光学显微镜鉴定并统计花粉种类、数量.结果 芸苔属花粉致敏阳性率最高,为39.5%,桤属和松属花粉分别位居第2和第3,致敏阳性率分别为35.4%和34.4%.全年搜集花粉共36555粒,松花粉在空气中含量最多,桤属花粉位居第2,禾本科、蔷薇科花粉分别居第3和第4.并在2～4月及9～11月形成两个花粉飘散高峰期.结论 昆明城区皮肤过敏花粉主要是芸苔属、桤属和松属花粉,空气中含量多的花粉是松花粉、桤属和禾本科花粉有相关性.Abstract: Objective To investigate the correlations between coulmon allergens causing allergic dermatosis and the airborne pollen species in Kunming,in order to provide a scientific evidence for the preventing and treatment of allergic dermatosis.Methods Pollen allergens of 96 allergic dermatosis patients were detected by intradermal test.The positive rate of each kind of allergen was calculated.Samples of airborne pollen particles were collected in Kunming from Jannary 1,2007 to December 31,2007 By Durham gravity me...
