摘要:
目的 打破传统以教师为主的教学方法,寻找更加适合本专业的教学方法,以调动学生主动学习的积极性,提高学生思考问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力.方法 选取2007级临床医学肿瘤方向班40名学生在场景教学中引入以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based Learning,PBL),并以标准化病人(standardizedpatient,SP)和教师共同构建教学场景,由问题引出教学内容,进行启发式教育.结果 学生评价表收回40份,选项中评为好的比例均超过90%.教师评价优.结论 使用临床场景教学并在其中贯彻PBL思想的教学方法是可行的,值得进一步实践推广.
