二维应变超声心动图对评价2型糖尿病患者左心室纵向收缩功能的作用

摘要: 目的 应用二维应变超声心动图(2DSE)技术评价2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的左心室收缩功能.方法 分别采集25例T2DM患者与29例正常对照者心尖左室长轴、心尖四腔和心尖二腔观的二维灰阶动态图像,应用自动功能成像软件自动测量长轴方向左室18节段收缩应变;同时采用二维Simpson法分别测量三个切面的左室射血分数(EF).结果 T2DM患者左心室收缩期纵向峰值应变低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 2DSE技术能够无创性评价T2DM患者早期左心室收缩功能变化.Abstract: Objective To assess left ventricular systolic function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)by 2-dimensional strain(2DSE).Methods There were 25 cases with T2DM in the patients group,while 29 healthy subjects in the control group.The 2-dimensional loop-cine were obtained in apical 4-chamber view,apical 2-chamber view and long axis of left ventricle view.Eighteen segments of LV longitudinal peak systolic strain were measured by automated functional imaging(AFI)software of 2DSE.LV ejection fraction(E...
