Epidemiologic Study of the Inducing Factors in Papular Urticaria

摘要: 目的 研究丘疹性荨麻疹发病因素.方法 对242例丘疹性荨麻疹患者及同地区的健康对照组242例采用病例-对照的研究方法进行调查分析,研究本病的发病因素.结果 昆虫叮咬、感染因素及精神因素三者与本病的发生有相关性(P＜O.05).结论 昆虫叮咬、感染因素及精神因素是本病发生的相关因素,并且昆虫叮咬是发病的主要因素.Abstract: Objective To determine the possible inducing factors of papular urticaria.Method Using case control study,242 patients with papular urticaria and 242 healthy people were investigated to find out the inducing factors of papular urticaria.Result Insect sting,nasopharyngeal infection and psychologic factors were associated with papular urticaria(P<0.05).Conclusion Insect sting,nasopharyngeal infection and psychologic factors are main inducing factors in papular urticaria.
