乌司他丁对急性下肢动脉缺血术后再灌注损伤的治疗体会

摘要: 目的 观察乌司他丁对急性下肢动脉缺血术后再灌注损伤的临床疗效.方法 本组28例急性下肢动脉缺血,对照组16例,行球囊取栓,常规治疗;治疗组12例,除上述方法,加用乌司他丁.结果 对照组:小腿筋膜切开5例,截肢4例,死亡2例.治疗组:小腿肌筋膜切开3例,截肢1例,无死亡病例.结论 及时实施手术是预防再灌注损伤的关键,术后结合乌司他丁的综合治疗能有效缓解再灌注损伤的发生.Abstract: Objective To evaluate clinical effects of ulinastatin on reperfusion injury of postoperative artery of lower extremity acute ischemia.Methods 28 patients with acute artery oischemia of lower extremity were divided into 2 groups:control group and study group.16 patiens in control group were performed the removed thrombus by sacculus and received conventional therapy.12 patients in study group received ulinstatin besides above therapies.Results In control group,5 cases were treated by crural aponeurosis fasio...
