护理实习生职业暴露现状分析研究

摘要: 目的 了解实习护生职业暴露及防护情况,探讨有效的防护及干预措施,为减少职业暴露和职业感染提供依据.方法 采用自行设计的问卷,对360名实习结束的护生职业暴露相关知识及暴露情况进行回顾性调查.结果 共调查360名护生,收回有效问卷354份,354名护生在临床实习期间,有42.09%的护生发生过职业暴露,主要为皮肤损伤.护生职业防护意识淡薄,安全防护知识的掌握情况总体不理想,知道标准防护原则的护生占41.81%.护生职业安全防护知识来源于学校教育的仅占20.90%,来源于医院专题讲座的占56.21%,护生在校期间缺乏系统的职业安全防护教育.结论 护理专业学生在实习阶段面临职业暴露的潜在风险,应从个人、学校、医院等方面加强对实习护生的职业安全教育与教学实习管理.Abstract: Objective To provide evidence for reducing occupational exposure and occupational infection,learn the situation about student nurses' occupational exposure and the prevention,and explore effective prevention and intervention.Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to retrospectively investigate the relative knowledge and the situation of occupational exposure in 360 student nurses after intern.Results 360 student nurses were investigated and 354 effective questionnaires were collected.During their clin...
