PBL教学模式在泌尿外科临床见习中的应用体会

摘要: 目的 探讨以问题为基础(PBL)教学法在泌尿外科临床见习教学中的应用价值.方法 选择具有可比性的PBL教学实验组(36人)和传统教学(LBL)对照组(36人),前者采用PBL教学法,后者采用传统教学方法.见习结束后采用考试和问卷调查的方法,进行教学效果评估.结果 两组考试成绩比较,总分及基础知识两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对知识应用类测试实验组高于对照组(P<0.05).问卷调查显示实验组学生对自己查阅文献能力及目前教学方法的满意程度与对照组学生比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 PBL教学模式可增加学生学习的动力、兴趣和解决实际问题的能力和协作能力,有助于更牢固地掌握知识,培养临床思维能力.Abstract: Objective To explore value of the Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in urology clinical noviciate.Methods 72 students were divided two groups;PBL mode group(36)as test group,LBL mode(36)as control group.Students in the two groups received and PBL mode teach and LBL mode teach,respectively.students in ths two groups were examined and received a questionnaire test at the end of noviciate,respectively.Results There was no difference in total score and rudiment between the wto groups(P>0.05),but was significant differ...
