摘要: 目的 探讨护理干预对老年高血压患者收缩压的影响.方法 收集100里老年高血压患者资料,分为对照组48例和实验组52例,对照组给予常规高血压药物治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础加用护理干预,比较两组患者收缩压下降率.结果 实验组收缩压下降率为21.1%,对照组为13.2%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在药物治疗的基础上,采用护理干预治疗,可提高患者对降压药物治疗的依从性,减少并发症的发生,更好的保障了高血压患者的安全.Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the systolic blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods 100 elderly hypertensive patients'data were collected,48 patients were divided into control group and 52 patients were divided into experimental group,patients in control group received conventional drug treatment of hypertension,nursing intervention was added in experimental group,and systolic blood pressure decrease rate of patients in the two groups were compared.Results Th...
