家兔急性失血性休克及分组治疗的血压、微循环同步观测

摘要: 目的 通过微循环的观察,让学生对休克的发生发展以及休克的治疗原则有更加直观而深刻的认识.方法 在经典失血性休克实验观察动物血压的同时,全程同步监测记录实验动物肠系膜微循环,并组间比较输血、补液+输血+山莨菪碱、去甲肾上腺素及补液四种治疗方法对休克动物的血压,尤其是微循环的复苏效果.结果 微循环观察结果证实,不同的治疗组,微循环血管数量、口径及血液流态等方面存在显著性差异.结论 在原有的经典失血性休克实验的基础上增加微循环的同步观察,促使学生将生理学、病理生理学和药理学的有关知识联系起来,拓宽视野、活跃思维,提高机能学实验教学效果.Abstract: Objective To improve the knowledge of students on the occurrence,the development,and the treatment of the hemorrhagic shock.through monitoring changes in microcirculation.Methods In the classic hemorrhagic shock experiment,the blood pressure and respiration of the animal were observed.Meanwhile,the mesenteric microcirculation was monitored and recorded in the whole course.The restoring effects on blood pressure and respirattion,especially,on restoration of the microcirculation by means of four treatments we...
