运动训练对四氧嘧啶致2型糖尿病大鼠糖耐量的影响

摘要: 目的 90%糖尿病患者为非胰岛素依赖性(Ⅱ型)糖尿病.缺乏运动被认为是引起糖尿病的重要原因之一,本研究分析运动训练对四氧嘧啶致2型糖尿病大鼠糖耐量的影响.方法 5 d龄雄性大鼠随机分成两组:四氧嘧啶组,腹腔注射250 mg/kg体重四氧嘧啶;对照组,腹腔注射注射同等剂量0.01M柠檬酸缓冲液.断奶后,每组1/2大鼠接受游泳运动训练,1 h/d×5 d/周超体重负荷游泳.在第28、90和120天测定大鼠糖耐量(GTT).结果 四氧嘧啶组大鼠的GTT高于对照组大鼠.在第90和120天时运动训练四氧嘧啶组大鼠CTT低于四氧嘧啶组大鼠.结论 四氧嘧啶能够引起新生大鼠持久的糖耐量反应.运动训练能够有效的抵抗这种糖耐量反应.Abstract: Objective To analyze the effects of exercise training on glucose intolerance in rats with type 2 diabetes induced by alloxan.Methods Male Wistar rats aged 5 days were injected with either 250 mg/kg of body weight of alloxan or citrate buffer 0.01 M(cortrols).After weaning,half of the animals in each group were subjected to physical training adjusted to meet the aerobic-anaerobic metabolic transition by swimming 1 h/day for 5 days a week with weight overloads.When aged 28,90,and 120 days,the rats underwent g...
