The Analysis and Influence of Anterior Preperitoneal Space on Chronic Pain after Herniorrhaphy

摘要: 目的探讨腹股沟疝腹膜前间隙修补对术后慢性疼痛的影响.方法回顾性分析2007年12月至2009年12月收治的368例腹股沟疝无张力修补术的患者临床资料,其中行腹膜前间隙修补术组175例,Rutkow术组193例,统计患者术后是否发生慢性疼痛及相关例数.结果术后慢性疼痛发生率,膜前间隙修补术组为3.4%(6/175),Rutkow术组为9.3%(18/193),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论腹膜前间隙修补更加符合人体的解剖结构,且较Rutkow术明显降低术后慢性疼痛的发生率,是现代疝外科发展的方向.
