云南省农村孕产妇死亡影响因素病例对照研究

摘要: 目的 探讨云南省农村孕产妇死亡发生的影响因素,为制定降低孕产妇死亡率的有效干预措施和策略提供参考依据.方法 采用1:2病例对照研究方法,使用自行设计问卷,入户进行面对面调查.结果 在控制经济因素后,多因素条件Logistic回归分析显示,孕产妇年龄偏大(OR＝1.109)、未做过产前检查(OR＝9.165)、剖宫产(OR＝4.883)、从家到医院时间长(OR＝1.043)是发生孕产妇死亡的危险因素.结论 农村孕产妇死亡与分娩年龄偏大、保健服务可及性差、医疗卫生单位技术水平不高有关,提示促进农村妇幼卫生服务均等化,加强孕产妇高危筛查与管理,提高医疗卫生单位产科质量,可减少孕产妇死亡的发生.Abstract: Objective To investigate the risk factors of maternal mortality in rural areas of Yunnan Provience,so as to supply some recommendations to reduce the maternal mortality.Methods A 1:2 case-control study was adopted,the Self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted face to face in somebody's house.Results Under the economical factors been controlled,Logistic Regression Analysis showed that the age of diliver was older(OR=1.109),women with no prenatal care(OR=9.165),cesarean section(OR=4.883)and distance wa...
