医学生对全科医学教育认知与需求现况调查

摘要: 目的了解医学生对全科医学教育的认知和需求,为医学院校建立可行的全科医学教育体系提供参考.方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,运用自编的结构式问卷进行调查,所得资料采用Epidata3.1录入,用SPSS进行分析.结果 被调查学生有81.9%的学生未接受过全科医学相关教育;大部分学生对全科医学教育的认知明显不足,需求较高;不同专业、年级学生的认知和需求情况无统计学意义;主观意愿是影响学生接受全科医学教育的最主要因素之一,有69.5%的学生愿意从事全科医师职业.结论 加强医学生全科医学教育,使更多的医学生毕业后从事全科医疗,满足社会需求.Abstract: Objective To understand the cognition and needs of medical students to the general practice education,and provide the reference for establish the efficient general practice education system.Methods Through stratified random sampling,students were inquired with the constructive questionnaire.All data were recorded in Epidata 3.1 and analyzed with SPSS13.0.Result 81.9% inquired students never get the general practice education;Most of the students have not enough knowledge,They have high needs for the general...
