网络工作群在高校图书馆管理和服务中的应用现状与评价分析

摘要: 目的探讨网络工作群在高校图书馆管理和服务的作用.方法以昆明医学院图书馆网络工作群为例,收集群成员的对话记录,结合问卷调查,对网络工作群在高校图书馆管理和服务的作用进行分析.结果网络工作群成员交流的形式主要为上传下载信息、发布交流信息以及发送接收邮件.交流的三大内容为图书馆行政管理和服务、信息咨询和文献检索教学.活跃群成员所在的前三个部室为信息咨询部、技术部和馆行政办公室.网络工作群为图书馆员工的工作提供了很多便利.结论网络工作群在高校图书馆的管理和服务中发挥诸多优势,同时应尽快建立、规范不同的网络工作群,促进高校图书馆的发展.Abstract: Objective To explore the roles of Internet-based working group in management and services of higher school library.Methods The information shared in an Internet-based working group of the library of Kunming Medical University was collected.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the library staff.The functioning of the Internet-based working group in management and services of the library was then analyzed.Results The communication methods used by the members of the group included information uploading,d...
