猪小肠粘膜下层治疗兔背部皮肤缺损的实验研究

摘要: 目的 运用猪小肠粘膜下层治疗日本大耳兔背部全层皮肤缺损.方法 将冻干、灭菌过的SIS膜水合后覆盖日本大耳兔背部全层皮肤缺损,术后1周、2周、1月观察缺损皮肤修复的情况.结果 猪小肠粘膜下层治疗治疗日本大耳兔背部全层皮肤缺损疗效满意(P＜0.05).结论 猪小肠粘膜下层可作为治疗皮肤缺损的支架材料.Abstract: Objective To treat the full-thickness skin defect by SIS transplantation.Method The freeze dried and sterilized SIS were transplanted to the rabbit with full-thickness skin defect,then the repairation effect was observed at 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks.Result The satisfactory effect was obtained by SIS transplantation.Conclusion The SIS can be used as a kind of the tissue engineered materials.
