汽车安全气囊上微量检材DNA检测方法的探讨

摘要: 目的 探讨汽车安全气囊上微量人体脱落上皮细胞DNA检测的有效方法.方法 分别采用棉线载体直接扩增法、小体积Chelex-100法和磁珠法对汽车安全气囊上提取的微量人体脱落上皮细胞的DNA进行检测,并对检测结果进行分析比较,以获得有效方法.结果 棉线载体直接扩增法和磁珠法均能得到满意的人体脱落上皮细胞核DNA STR基因座分型结果,小体积Chelex-100法不能获得STR基因座分型结果.结论 棉线载体直接扩增法和磁珠法均能有效地检测微量人体DNA,获得STR基因座分型结果,提高DNA检出率,操作简单、节约时间和试剂成本,特点在法医物证学实际检案工作中具有较高的应用价值.
