维生素D受体基因多态性与汉族散发性乳腺癌的相关研究
Association between the Genetic Polymorphisms of Vitamin D Receptor and Sporadic Breast Cancer Risk in Yunnan Women of Han Nationality

摘要: 目的 探讨VDR基因多态性与云南汉族散发性乳腺癌的关联.方法 用聚合酶链反应-限制性长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)试验方法,对80例乳腺癌患者和80例正常人的VDR的TaqI多态位点进行检测,确定出VDR三种基因型,即TT、Tt、tt,用卡方、秩和检验对实验组和对照组进行统计分析.结果 VDR基因型TT、Tt和tt三种基因型的分布频率,乳腺癌患者组中分别是36.3%、48.6%、15.0%,对照组中分别是38.6%、46.3%和15.0%;乳腺癌患者组中T、t等位基因频率分别为60.6%、39.4%,对照组为61.8%、38.2%,VDR基因型及等位基因在两组间分布频率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 VDR基因中TaqI酶切位点导致的基因多态性与云南散发性乳腺癌无关联,但由于VDR基因的酶切位点较多,具体了解此基因多态性与乳腺癌易感性的关联,需要对BsmI、ApaI、FokI等酶切位点进一步实验,才能对其有一个更客观的认识.Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of Vitamin D receptor and the susceptibility of breast cancer in Yunnan women of han nationality.Methods VDR gene polymorphisms were detected using polymerase?chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)analysis,and three genotypes were identified.VDR gene polymorphisms were obtained from a Yunnan population-based case-control study including 80 sporadic breast cancer and 80 normal controls.Chi-square test and rank ...
