P60树脂、Z350纳米树脂与"P60树脂加涂窝沟封闭剂"对后牙Ⅰ类洞修复效果比较

摘要: 目的 对比3M P60树脂、Z350纳米树脂与"P60树脂加涂窝沟封闭剂"对后牙Ⅰ类洞修复的临床疗效.方法 临床后牙(牙合)面龋坏62例120颗患牙,随机分为三组,分别用3M P60后牙树脂(A组),Z350纳米树脂(B组),P60后牙树脂加涂自凝窝沟封闭剂(C组),对后牙(牙合)面洞进行修复,修复后1 a复查,分别对修复体的边缘密合度、修复体完整度、继发龋3个方面进行临床效果评价.结果 在修复后1 a的临床评价中A组的边缘密合度与B、C组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),B、C组无明显差异(P＞0.05).在修复体完整度、继发龋两个方面三组无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 Z350纳米树脂材料是一种较好的修复材料,与牙体的边缘密合度较高;P60后牙树脂加涂窝沟封闭剂对后牙(牙合)面洞修复也可起到较好的边缘封闭效果.Abstract: Objective To compare the clinic effects of P60 composite resin,Z350 nano resin,and P60 composite resin combined with pit and fissure sealant on I cavity of posterior teeth.Methods Totally 120 teeth of 62 patients with I cavity of posterior teeth were randomly divided into 3 groups,and filled by P60 composite resin(A group),Z350 nano resi(B group)n,and P60 composite resin combined with pit and fissure sealant(C group),respectively.The clinical effects of 3 mateials were evaluated on edge density heterozygosi...
