FSHR和SCF在梗阻性和非梗阻性无精症患者睾丸组织中表达的初步研究

摘要: 目的研究FSHR和SCF在梗阻性和非梗阻性无精症患者睾丸组织中表达是否存在差异,初步探讨精子产生是否与FSHR和SCF表达量有关.方法收集2007年11月至2009年9月无精症患者的睾丸活检标本的石蜡块36例,2008年8月至2010年4月无精症患者的睾丸活检组织标本19例,依病理结果分梗阻性和非梗阻性两组,36例标本用免疫组化MaxVision快速法、19例标本用real time PCR荧光定量法检测两组睾丸组织FSHR、SCF的表达情况,分别用积分光密度(IOD)值和2-△CT值比较FSHR、SCF的表达差异.结果 (1)免疫组化部分:两组FSHR和SCF表达量分别比较,梗阻性无精症组表达都明显高于非梗阻性无精症组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)real time PCR部分:与梗阻性无精症组比较,非梗阻性无精症组患者FSHR mRNA和SCFmRNA的表达量均减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论非梗阻性无精症睾丸组织FSHR及SCF mRNA表达下调可能是非梗阻性无精症患者睾丸精子分化成熟障碍的原因之一.Abstract: Objective To study the difference in the quantity expression of testicular tissues between patients with obstructive and non-obstructive azoospermia,and to explore the relationship between the relative quantity of FSHR and SCF expression and the spermiogenesis.Methods 36 testicular paraffin samples from 2007 to 2009,and 19 testicular samples from 2008 to 2010 with azoospermia were collected and divided into two groups: obstructive and non-obstructive azoospermia groups,according to the pathological results....
