踝臂指数联合肱踝脉搏波传播速度在急性冠脉综合征中的价值探讨
The Value of Ankle-brachial Index Combined with Brachial Ankle Pulse Wave Velocity in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

摘要: 目的探讨踝臂指数(ankle-brachial index,ABI)和肱踝脉搏波传播速度(brachial-ankle-arterypulse wave velocity)水平与急性冠脉综合征(Acute coronary Syndrome)患者冠脉病变严重程度的相关关系,了解ABI和Ba-PWV预测ACS发病危险的价值.方法收集心脏中心内科220例行冠状动脉造影患者,根据临床诊断和冠脉造影结果分为正常组和急性冠脉综合征组;根据冠脉受累的主要支数分为单支、双支和三支病变组;分别以ABI≤0.9和ABI>0.9、Ba-PWV<1 400 cm/s和Ba-PWV≥1 400 cm/s进行分组.结果随着ABI的降低或Ba-PWV的增大,ACS的患病率逐渐增加,双支和三支病变的例数显著增加.ABI≤0.9组ACS及三支病变的比例高(87.3%vs 50.3%,54.5%vs 16.4%,P<0.001);Ba-PWV≥1 400 cm/s组ACS及双支、三支病变的比例高(71.2%vs 64.9%,26.0%vs 10.8%,32.2%vs 13.5%,P<0.001).ABI联合B-aPWV较它们单一预测ACS有更...Abstract: Objective To study the correlation of ankle-brachial index(ABI),brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(Ba-PWV)and the severity of acute coronary syndrome(ACS),so as to find out the value of ABI and Ba-PWV in prediciton of acute coronary syndrome.Methods We collected 220 patiens admitted in cardiology department who under went coronary artery angiography(CAG)from August 2007 to August 2008.The patients were divided into normal group and ACS group by the result of CAG.According to the number of suffered coronary ...
