老年2型糖尿病、糖耐量异常、空腹血糖受损患者血小板膜糖蛋白PAC-1和CD62P的研究

摘要: 目的检测2型糖尿病(T2DM)、糖耐量异常(IGT)、空腹血糖受损(IFG)患者血小板膜糖蛋白PAC-1和CD62P表达水平,研究不同血糖状态下血小板活化的程度.方法分别选取老年T2DM、IGT、IFG患者和健康对照组(NC)各30例,采集静脉血测定空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等,同时运用流式细胞分析术(FCM)测定血小板膜糖蛋白PAC-1和CD62P的表达水平.结果 T2DM组、IGT组、IFG组的PAC-1和CD62P较NC组明显升高(P<0.05),而T2DM组的表达最高.多因素线性相关分析,血小板膜糖蛋白PAC-1和CD62P与FPG、2hPBG、TG、TC、HbA1c、LDL-C呈正相关,与HDL-C负相关,且与TG和FPG相关性较高.结论血小板活化在糖尿病前期就已经存在,在糖代谢紊乱患者早期血栓病变的发生发展中发挥着关键的作用.Abstract: Objective To test the levels of platelet membrane glycoprotein PAC-1 and CD62P in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),impaired glucose tolerance(IGT)and impaired fasting glucose(IFG),and to investigate platelet activation under conditions of different blood glucose levels.Methods Thirty elderly patients with respective T2DM,IGT or IFG as well as normal controls(NC)were enrolled.The venous blood of patients in each group were collected for the examinations of the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),...
