鼻内窥镜下电灼治疗常年性变应性鼻炎

Treatment of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis by Electrocautery under the Nasal Endoscope

摘要: 目的探讨鼻内窥镜下电灼治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效.方法采用鼻内窥镜下双极电凝电灼蝶腭神经、筛前神经及下鼻甲62例.术后定期复查,随访2 a后对手术方法及疗效进行统计分析.结果 62例均行一次手术,术后2 a显效46例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率87.1%.结论对于药物或脱敏治疗效果不佳的病人或不愿意接受上述药物治疗的病人,使用鼻内窥镜下双极电灼治疗常年性变应性鼻炎是行之有效的方法之一,有较好的临床应用价值.

Abstract: Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of electrocautery to treat perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods Sixty-two cases with perennial allergic rhinitis were treated with bipolar electrocoagulation under the nasal endoscope,by fulgurating the pterygopalatine nerve,anterior ethmoidal nerve and the inferior turbinate simultaneously.Regular check was performed for each patient.The effects were analyzed after a follow-up of 2 years.Results Bipolar electrocoagulation for each case was done by one operation.Th...
