中国与澳大利亚部分护理本科教育课程设置的比较与借鉴

摘要: 目的对比分析部分中澳高校护理本科课程设置,探索护理本科课程的改革依据.方法采用同类横向比较、定性与定量比较相结合的方法,对课程设置进行比较分析.结果中澳护理本科教育课程设置在培养目标、课程内容结构和实践教学等方面存在差异.结论借鉴澳大利亚高校,我国护理本科教育课程设置应逐步走出依附临床医学专业的教育模式,突出护理专业特色;应更强调学生人文素质的全面培养;应采取理论课与实践课同步进行学习课程教学模式,促进教学与临床实践紧密结合.Abstract: Objective To compare the nursing baccalaureate curriculum of nursing schools between China and Australia and to explove the evidence for.Method Literature comparing,statistic analysis and case study were conducted in this study.Results There were many differences were identified in curriculum goal,curriculum content and structure,and practical course.Conclusions Learning ideas from Australia,the setup of nursing baccalaureate curriculum in China should be more independent from clinical medical sciences,and ...
