摘要:
目的观察云南白药主要成分对兔骨折愈合过程中血管内皮生长因子表达的影响.方法将新西兰大白兔100只,随机分为五组,每组20只,手术制作所有兔桡骨中段骨干缺损模型,分别在左侧缺损间植入含有白药1～6号粉剂的医用明胶海绵,作为实验组.右侧同样手术处理,只是骨缺损中植入不含白药粉的医用明胶海绵,作为对照组,分别为白药1号、2号、3号、4号及6号组;观察不同时期1～6号白药原药成分对骨痂组织血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达的影响.结果在骨折愈合的早期及中期,1～6号白药原药成分增加骨痂中VEGF基因表达的表达水平;各组以术后2周VEGF表达水平最高,术后12周表达水平最低.结论白药原药成分在骨折愈合的早、中期,具有提高骨折后骨痂内VEGF表达的作用,从而加速断端微血管新生重建,改善骨折肢体的血液循环,促进骨折愈合.
Abstract:
