Judicial Expertise on 68 Cases of Intelligence Defect Caused by Craniocerebral Injury Resulted from Traffic Accidents

摘要: 目的研究道路交通事故致颅脑损伤后智力损缺法医学鉴定案件的特点,探讨如何运用临床资料包括IQ检测报告和法医学检验,对智力缺损者进行法医学鉴定.方法抽取因道路交通事故致颅脑损伤后智力缺损的鉴定资料68例,对其个体特征、损伤情况、夸大伪装情况与鉴定结论的差异性进行分析.结果 68例中以成年男性为多,初中文化程度者为主,夸大伪装者具有一定的比例,颅脑损伤中以脑挫裂伤及蛛网膜下腔出血较多.结论鉴定过程要结合案情,细心复习病历资料,科学的法医学检验和客观地采用IQ检测结果.
