Effects of Exercise Prescription on Upper Limb Function Recovery of Stroke Hemiplegia Patients

摘要: 目的观察运动处方对提高脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能,改善其上肢功能活动能力的作用.方法选择脑卒中偏瘫上肢功能障碍患者120例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组设计运动处方并按运动处方进行活动,对照组自选运动,观察并比较两组的治疗效果.结果治疗4周后,治疗组和对照组运动后上肢的运动功能和功能活动能力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组效果优于对照组.结论运动处方有助于脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的提高和功能活动能力的改善,利用运动处方进行科学、合理的锻炼,是一种有效的治疗方式.
