云南省某县甲、乙两村改水前后村民尿氟值比较

摘要: [摘要]目的 比较改水前后饮用水氟含量的变化对尿氟含量的影响,评价云南某县甲村、乙村改水降氟对地方性氟中毒的防治效果.方法 按照《 中华人民共和国卫生行业标准GB/T5750.5-2006 》采用氟离子电极法检测改水后的饮用水氟含量;按照《 中华人民共和国卫生行业标准WS/T89-1996 》采用氟离子电极法检测改水后村民尿氟含量,数据分析采用SPSS软件.结果 甲村改水后的水氟值明显低于改水前的水氟值(P<0.05),乙村改水后的水氟值与改水前的水氟值未发现差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);甲村、乙村村民改水前后的尿氟值均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 改水后甲村饮用水氟值达标,但尿氟值与改水前无明显变化;改水后乙村饮用水氟值虽有下降,但仍未达到国家饮用水标准,尿氟值与改水前也无明显变化.Abstract: [Abstract]Objective To evalutate the effect of water improvement project on preventing fluoride poisoning in First village,Second village in some county in Yunnan province by comparing the drinking water fluoride level and people’s urinary fluoride level before and after water improvement project.Methods According to Health care industry standard of the People’s Republic of China GB/T5750.5-2006,we tested the drinking water fluoride level after water improvement project with Fluorine electrode; According to Health care industry standard of the People's Republic of China WS/T89-1996,we tested villagers’urinary fluoride level after water improvement project with Fluorine electrode.The data were analyzed by SPSS software.Results The water fluoride level in First village was lower after water improvement project than before(P<0.05)and there was no difference in Second village(P>0.05);The villagers' urinary fluoride level had no obvious change both in First village and Second village(P>0.05).Conclusions The water fluoride level after water improvement project has been qualified in First village,but the urinary fluoride level has no change after water improvement project.Although the water fluorides level in Second village has decreased,the urinary fluoride level still not reaches the standard of country and it has no change after water improvement project either.
