Abstract: ［Abstract］Objective　To summarize the surgical methods and efficacy with Neuroendoscope guided by Stereotaxis in treatment of brain parenchymal lesions，broaden the use of Neuroendoscope’s therapeutic range．Methods　Under the guidance of Stereotaxis，neuroendoscopic operation was done into the brain parenchyma of 21 patients，lesions were removed．Results　All cerebral lesions were resected，all patients' clinical symptoms were significantly improved with less complications and postoperative recovery. 15 cases were followed up for six months to one year，the prognosis was satisfactory．Conclusions　Neuroendoscope guided by Stereotaxis in treatment of brain parenchymal lesions is satisfactory with fewer complications and trauma．It can achieve the true minimal invasion，change the idea of'no space，no endoscope’，which expanding the operation scope of Neuroendoscope.
