原发性硬化性胆管炎内镜超声诊断分析

摘要: ［摘要］目的 探讨经内镜超声扫描（endoscopi ultrasonography，EUS）对原发性硬化性胆管炎的诊断价值．方法 对中山大学附一院确诊为原发性硬化性胆管炎（primary sclerosing cholangitis，PSC）的8例患者进行EUS检查，对其影像学资料进行回顾性分析．结果 8例胆总管管壁全周性增厚（厚度≥2.5 mm）、管腔狭窄变细，3例胆管壁回声增强，肝内胆管轻度扩张4例，胆囊体积增大2例，胆囊壁均无增厚；肝门淋巴结增大4例，门静脉轻度扩张1例．结论 内镜超声在胆管疾病的诊断上可有良好的应用前景

Abstract: ［Abstract］Objective To evaluate the value of Endoscopic Ultrasonography in diagnosis of primary sclerosing cholangitis．Method We performed retrospective analysis on EUS images of 8 cases proven primary sclerosing cholangitis．Results The whole common bile duct wall of 8 cases were thickening and lumens were narrow．Bile duct wall of 3 cases were echo enhancement，intrahepatic bile ducts of 4 cases were mild ectasia，gallbladder volume of 2 cases were augmentation，Portal lymph node of 4 cases were enlargement，Portal Vein of 1 case was slightly ectasia．Conclusion Endoscopic Ultrasonography has good prospects in diagnosis of bile duct diseases -
