佤族寄宿制学龄儿童碘营养知识、态度及行为调查

摘要: [摘要]目的 了解云南双江县佤族寄宿制学龄儿童碘营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)现状,分析其碘营养KAP的影响因素,为佤族学龄儿童建立健康的生活方式提供依据.方法 采用系统随机抽样的方法,对云南双江县10所小学650名寄宿制学龄儿童进行碘营养KAP问卷调查.结果 男、女佤族寄宿制学龄儿童碘营养知识掌握情况无差异(P >0.05);高年级的碘营养知识掌握情况优于低年级(P<0.05);不同性别主动补碘率无差异(P >0.05);高年级主动补碘率高于低年级(P<0.05).结论 佤族寄宿制学龄儿童的碘营养KAP现状不容乐观,需多途径加强碘营养健康教育.Abstract: [Abstract]Objective To analyze the prevalence of iodine nutrition KAP of boarding school-age children in Wa nationality and its influencing factors in Shuangjiang county of Yunnan,then provide scientific evidence for the Wa nationality children to set up a healthy lifestyle.Methods Systematic random sampling method was used to select 650 boarding school-age children from 10 primary schools in ShuangJiang county, and their condition of iodine nutrition KAP was estimated by KAP questionnaire. Results The boys mastered as much iodine nutrition knowledge as the girls(P>0.05).High grade pupils mastered more iodine nutrition knowledge than low grade pupils (P<0.05).There was no sexual differences in actively iodine supplementation (P>0.05).High grade pupils supplemented iodine more actively than low grade pupils (P<0.05).Conclusion The present situation of nutrition KAP among boarding school-age children in Wa nationality is serious, more ways of health education on iodine nutrition are required for these children.
