Abstract: ［Abstract］Objective To explore the value of serum CA125 in patients with high-risk endometrial carcinoma after concomitant chemoradiotherapy（CRT）and radiotherapy（RT） alone. Methods We detected the serum CA125 levels of 21 cases of postoperative DDP+5FU concurrent chemotherapy and 22 cases of postoperative radiotherapy for high-risk endometrial cancer，before and after operation，before and after chemoradiotherapy and/or radiotherapy. Results The serum CA125 levels of patients after concurrent chemoradiotherapy were significantly lower than before and after operation（P < 0.05）. The serum CA125 levels of patients after radiotherapy were lower than before and after operation，but the difference had no statistical significance（P > 0.05）. The average follow-up was 30 months，there were 6 cases of recurrence in radiotherapy group，1 cases of recurrence in the chemoradiotherapy group. Conclusions　Detection of serum CA125 levels of patients with high-risk endometrial cancer before surgery，adjuvant therapy is helpful to postoperative. After treatment，regular detection of serum CA125 can predict the risk of recurrence of uterine endometrial carcinoma.
