高危早产儿早期行神经发育干预改善运动和认知发育的作用

摘要: [摘要]目的 分析高危早产儿早期型神经发育干预改善运动和认知发育的作用.方法 选取渭南市中心医院在2013年5月至2015年2月收治高危早产儿82例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,对照组患儿采取常规治疗和护理,观察组患儿行早期神经发育干预,分析2组患儿的治疗效果.结果 观察组患儿3个月PDI(85.74±16.80)、6个月PDI(94.56±15.68)、9个月PDI(86.52±16.34)、12个月PDI(87.21±16.85)均显著高于对照组3个月PDI(60.52±13.57)、6个月PDI(72.15±15.38)、9个月PDI(62.68±15.94)、12个月PDI(63.92±13.80),P<0.05,观察组患儿3个月MDI评分(83.52±12.58)、6个月MDI评分(93.48±13.57)、9个月MDI评分(85.91±16.27)显著高于同期对照组个月MDI评分(61.35±13.57)、6个月MDI评分(71.26±15.34)、9个月MDI评分(61.45±15.28),P<0.05,观察组脑瘫发生率(2.4%)低于对照组(4.9%),但差异不明显(χ2=0.346,P=0.556).结论 在高危早产儿治疗中,行神经发育干预措施能够改善运动和认知发育,具有使用价值.

Abstract: [Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of early intervention in neurodevelopment on the motor and cognitive development of high risk premature infants. Methods 82 children with high risk premature infants in weinan central hospital from May 2013 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group (41 cases) and observation group (41 cases). Patients in the control group were given a conventional treatment and care,J62 while patients in the observation group were given early intervention in neurodevelopment. The motor and cognitive development of patients in the two groups was compared. Results PDI scores of patients in the observation group were(85.74±16.80),(94.56±15.68),(86.52±16.34)and(87.21±16.85)in 3,6,9 and 12 months, which was significantly higher than those in the control group[(60.52±13.57),(72.15±15.38), (62.68±15.94)and(63.92±13.80),P < 0.05],respectively. MDI scores of patients in the observation group were(83.52±12.58),(93.48±13.57)and(85.91±16.27)in 3,6 and 9 months,which was significantly higher than those in the control group[(61.35±13.57),(71.26±15.34)and(61.45±15.28), P < 0.05], respectively. The incidence of cerebral palsy in the observation group (2.4%) was lower than that in the control group (4.9%), but there was no significant difference(χ2 = 0.346,P = 0.556). Conclusion In the treatment of high risk premature infants, early intervention in neurodevelopment can improve the motor and cognitive development, which is worthy of application.
