Abstract: ［Abstract］Facial wrinkles are the most common cosmetic problem，expression-rich people are more prone to produce wrinkles at frontal and eye region. The main structural and dynamic basis of crow's feet is the contraction of the lateral part of orbicularis oculi and its close attachment with the skin. With the development of cosmetology technique，lots of applied anatomic researches related to the primary structure，nerve innervations and microstructure of the orbicularis oculi were performed by clinical doctors and anatomic scholars，and diversity of strategies to attenuate crow's feet were designed. Here is a review to these researches.
