高同型半胱氨酸血症对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

摘要: [摘要]目的 探讨高同型半胱氨酸血症对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响.方法 选择无糖尿病急、慢性并发症,并排除有器质性病变的2型糖尿病患者186例,按同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平分为2组, 1组(单纯糖尿病)70例;2组(糖尿病伴高Hcy)116例,根据使用药物的作用强度不同,赋予不同的权重并计算降糖综合用药指数,观察两组在FPG、HbA1c控制相同时,其用药指数的差异.结果 1、2组Hcy分别为(8.33 ±1.16)μmol/L和(14.53±4.74)μmol/L;综合用药指数分别为:(4.9±2.63)和(7.16±2.16).2组的综合用药指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hcy水平与综合用药指数呈正相关(r = 0.252,P<0.01).结论 糖尿病伴高Hcy患者的降糖治疗比单纯糖尿病者的用药更复杂、治疗难度更大.Abstract: [Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of high homocysteine on blood glucose control in type 2 diabetic patients. Method We selected 186 cases of organic disease that without diabetes acute and chronic complications,and ruled out the type 2 diabetic patients with organic disease,these enrolled cases were divided into two groups according to Homocysteine(Hcy)levels,group 1(Simple diabetes)70 cases and group 2 (diabetes with high Hcy)116 cases. According to the different intensity of the drugs,different weights were given to calculated index of hypoglycemic agents,and then the difference of the drug use index between the two groups at the same Condition of HbA1c and FPG was observed.Results In group 1 and group 2,Hcy levels were 8.33 ± 1.16 and 14.53 ± 4.74, respectively;comprehensive treatment indexes were (4.9 ± 2.63)and(7.16 ± 2.16), respectively. Composite index had a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05); The level of Hcy was positively correlated with the index of Comprehensive drug (r=0.252, P < 0.01). Conclusion Glucose lowering therapy for diabetic patients with high Hcy is more complex and difficult than for the simple diabetic patients
