云南省首届医药卫生类“三校生”高考技能考试成绩

摘要: [摘要]目的 了解云南省首届医药卫生类“三校生”高考技能考试总体状况,分析存在的问题,提出解决建议.方法 对2015年云南省首届医药卫生类2 912名“三校生”技能考试成绩进行系统分析,计算每项技能考核考生的平均分、优良率;比较公办学校与民办学校考生技能考试成绩差异.结果 2 912名考生解剖学平均成绩为115.00分,血型鉴定为40.59分,血压测量为38.37分.3项考试优良率依次为人体解剖学23.86%,血型鉴定65.76%,血压测量54.64%.民办学校考生3项考试优良率均高于公办学校考生,两类学校考生的解剖学血型及血压成绩的优良均有显著率计学意义(P<0.01).结论 云南省首届医药卫生类“三校生”技能考试考生对人体解剖标本辨识能力较弱,对生理学血型鉴定、血压测量技能掌握情况尚可.建议教育行政部门加强对医药卫生类专业中职学校办学条件的审核管理,重视公办设置医药卫生类专业学校的实践教学质量.相关学校需加大实践教学比重,强化学生实践动手能力的训练,重视医学人文教育,培养学生良好的职业道德及沟通交流能力.

Abstract: [Abstract]Objective To learn the the overall situation of the first medical and health "college entrance vocational skills test" for three kinds of vocational school students in Yunnan province,analyze the existent problems, and put forward suggestions to solve the problems. Methods We analyzed the college entrance vocational skills test scores of 2912 examinees, calculated the average score and the excellent and good rate of each skill test, and compared the results between public schools and private schools.Results In anatomy test, blood group identification test and blood pressure measurement test, the average score of 2912 examinees was 115.00, 40.59 and 38.37 , respectively; the excellent and good rate was 23.86%, 65.76% and 54.64%, respectively. The excellent and good rate of the above three tests in private school students were significantly higher than the public school students. Conclusion In the first medical and health "college entrance vocational skills test" for three kinds of vocational school students in Yunnan province,the examinees are weak in identifying human anatomical specimen,while do well in blood test and blood pressure measurement. It is suggested that the administrative departments of education should strengthen the examination and management of the secondary vocational medical and health professional schools,and focus on the practice teaching quality of public health professional schools. Related schools need to increase the proportion of practice teaching, strengthen students' practical ability, pay attention to medical humanities education, and train students' good professional ethics and communication skills.
