摘要: ［摘要］多发性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma，MM）是一种恶性浆细胞单克隆增生性疾病，约占全部恶性肿瘤的1%，目前仍不能治愈，微小残留病是主要原因，因此，清除微小残留病，有可能治愈本病．在各种治疗方法中，针对多发性骨髓瘤的免疫基因疗法（Immune gene therapy 或 Immunogene therapy）是当今治疗的研究热点，近几年免疫基因疗法在体内外实验中取得了较好的结果，本文就免疫基因在多发性骨髓瘤治疗中的研究及应用进行综述.

Abstract: ［Abstract］Multiple myeloma （MM） is a malignant plasma cell disease， accounting for about 1% of all malignant tumors， is still uncurable， minimal residual disease（MRD） is the reason， therefore，removal of minimal residual disease maybe possible to cure the disease. In a variety of treatment methods， immune gene therapy for multiple myeloma is a hot research topic in recent years， has achieved good results in vitro and in vivo experiments， in this review immune genes therapy in multiple myeloma research would be discussed. -
