摘要: [摘要]多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)是一种恶性浆细胞单克隆增生性疾病,约占全部恶性肿瘤的1%,目前仍不能治愈,微小残留病是主要原因,因此,清除微小残留病,有可能治愈本病.在各种治疗方法中,针对多发性骨髓瘤的免疫基因疗法(Immune gene therapy 或 Immunogene therapy)是当今治疗的研究热点,近几年免疫基因疗法在体内外实验中取得了较好的结果,本文就免疫基因在多发性骨髓瘤治疗中的研究及应用进行综述.

Abstract: [Abstract]Multiple myeloma (MM) is a malignant plasma cell disease, accounting for about 1% of all malignant tumors, is still uncurable, minimal residual disease(MRD) is the reason, therefore,removal of minimal residual disease maybe possible to cure the disease. In a variety of treatment methods, immune gene therapy for multiple myeloma is a hot research topic in recent years, has achieved good results in vitro and in vivo experiments, in this review immune genes therapy in multiple myeloma research would be discussed. 期刊类型引用(1)
