摘要

摘要: 膀胱癌是泌尿系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤, 且发病率呈逐年上升趋势, 临床上膀胱癌不同分期的治疗方案不同, 所以膀胱癌术前诊断对于治疗方案的选择及术后生活质量十分重要.目前常使用的B超、CT、MRI等检查方法各有优势与不足, 近年来DWI在膀胱癌诊断的研究成为热点.就弥散加权成像对膀胱癌的价值研究进行综述.

Abstract: Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor in urinary system, with increasing morbidity.The management of bladder cancer in different clinical stages are different, so the preoperative diagnosis plays an important role in the selection of the treatments. And it is also important for the postoperative quality of the patient's life. Ultrasound (US) , computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are commonly used at present. And there are advantages and disadvantages among each of them. In recent years, the study of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in diagnosis of bladder cancer has become a hot topic. In this paper, the research on the value of DWI of bladder cancer will be reviewed.
