CBL教学法与传统教学法应用于医学英语教学

摘要: 目的 观察CBL教学法应用于本科医学英语教学的效果, 探讨CBL其应用于医学英语教学的的可行性.方法 选择昆明医科大学五年制临床专业四年级学生127名, 随机分为A (67人) 、B (60人) 2组, A组采用传统教学法, B组采用CBL教学法, 实施医学英语教学, 教学结束后, 2组学生接受笔试考核, 并对教学满意度进行评价.结果 B组成绩高于A组 (P<0.05) , B组教学满意度高于A组 (P<0.05) .结论 CBL教学法可提高医学英语教学的质量, 提高学生对教学方法的满意度.Abstract: Objective To measure the effect of case-based learning (CBL) method in medical English teaching and explore its the feasibility. Methods 127 fourth-grade undergraduate students, majoring in clinical medicine, were randomly allocated into two groups: group A (n=67) taught in traditional methods and group B (n=60) taught in CBL methods. At the completion of teaching, examination and satisfaction questionnaire were applied to measure the outcome of teaching in two groups. T-test and Chi-square test were employed in data analysis.Results The examination scores of group B was higher than that of group A (P<0.05) . The degree of satisfaction of group B was higher than that of group A (P<0.05) . Conclusion CBL teaching methods can improve the quality of medical English teaching and students' satisfaction.
