傣族药用植物竹叶兰中联苄和菲类成分研究(英文)
Bibenzyls and Phenanthrenes from Arundina Graminifolia

摘要: 目的 研究傣药竹叶兰联苄和菲类的化学成分.方法 竹叶兰全草溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20柱层析进行分离纯化, 波谱分析 (核磁共振氢谱和碳谱) 确定结构.结果 从该药用植物分离并鉴定了11个联苄和菲类化合物, 分别为:batatasin III (1) , arundinanin (2) , 2, 8-dihydroxy-4, 7-dimethoxy-9, 10-dihydrophenanthrene (3) , shancidin (4) , arundinan (5) , isoshancidin (6) , erianthridin (7) , lusianthridin (8) , eulophiol (9) , flavanthrin (10) , orchinol (11) .结论 化合物3, 7, 9为首次从本植物中分离得到.Abstract: Objective To study the bibenzyls and phenanthrenes from Arundina graminifolia.Methods The compounds were extracted by 95% alcohol and isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis (1 H NMR and13 CNMR) .Results Eleven compouds were obtained and identified as batatasin III (1) , arundinanin (2) , 2, 8-dihydroxy-4, 7-dimethoxy-9, 10-dihydrophenanthrene (3) , shancidin (4) , arundinan (5) , isoshancidin (6) , erianthridin (7) , lusianthridin (8) , eulophiol (9) , flavanthrin (10) , orchinol (11) .Conclus ion Compounds 3, 7, 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
