摘要

摘要: 器官移植作为终末期器官衰竭的常规治疗方法, 已广泛运用于临床.移植后患者机体的改变及免疫抑制剂的运用, 导致口腔病损发生.口腔内存在的感染成为移植术后患者发生局部和全身感染的潜在风险.对器官移植与口腔疾病的相互影响关系以及移植术前的口腔准备及术后护理作一综述.

Abstract: Organ transplantation as a routine treatment of end-stage organ failure has been widely used in clinical practice.Changes in the body after transplantation and the use of immunosuppressive agents, leading to oral lesions occurred.The presence of infection in the oral cavity becomes a potential risk of systemic and local infection in patients after transplantation.This article summarizes the relationship between organ transplantation and oral diseases and oral preparation before surgery and postoperative oral care.
