老鹳草素调控家兔骨质疏松性骨折关键基因Cbfα 1的表达
Effects of Geraniin on Modulating the Expression of Cbfα 1 Gene in Rabbit Osteoporotic Fracture

摘要: 目的 研究老鹳草素对骨质疏松性骨折 (osteoporotic fracture, OPF) 治疗过程中核心结合因子 (corebinding factorα1, Cbfα 1) 基因表达的影响.方法 复制家兔骨质疏松性骨折模型, 采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测桡骨中Cbfα1的mRNA表达.结果 与假手术组比较, 骨折12周、24周后, OPF模型组的Cbfα 1 mRNA表达明显减少 (P<0.05) ;与模型组比较, 用药24周、48周后, Geraniin治疗组Cbfα 1的mRNA表达均显著升高 (P<0.05) .结论 老鹳草素可调控Cbfα 1的表达, 在治疗OPF的同时也能改善OP情况.Abstract: Objective To investigate the the effects of geraniin on modulating the mRNA expression of corebinding factor α 1 (Cbfα 1) . Methods The m RNA expressions of Cbfα 1 were detected by real time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results As compared with the sham group, the expressions of Cbfα 1 mRNA were markedly suppressed in the model group, 12 and 24 w after OPF (P < 0.05) . Compared with the model group, geraniin significantly increased mRNA expressions of Cbfα 1. Conclusion Geraniin can upregulate Cbfα 1 gene expression and improve the treatment for OPF.
